2017 Mathematics TEU Participants attend the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics

8 participants from the 2017 Mathematics TEU program at Brown University had the chance to attend the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics (NCTM) annual meeting in Washington D.C. in April. While there, they were honored to be able to meet with Robert Q. Berry III, the incoming NCTM President.

Bryn Mawr Joins Other Schools in Project to Get More STEM Students Interested in Teaching

The National Science Foundation (NSF) has made a sizable financial commitment to a team of faculty members from Bryn Mawr, Barnard, Trinity, and Vassar colleges and Brown University for a dynamic new summer program for undergraduates that will help answer the call for science and mathematics teachers in U.S. public schools.
